- Coordinate and schedule painting crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
