- Develop and maintain production schedules for CNC machining operations based on customer needs, capacity constraints, on-time delivery, and lead times.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to prioritize jobs and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and improve lead times.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on production schedules and address any issues or concerns.
- Implement best practices for inventory management, including inventory optimization and control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School education required - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of CNC machining processes and production planning principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
