Key Responsibilities
  • Technological Support and Optimization: Provide technical support and optimize production systems, infrastructure, and IT systems to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Technology Development: Develop new technologies for the production of new products, including the selection of manufacturing technology, necessary production equipment, master data maintenance, procurement of tools, programming, commissioning of fixtures, documentation, and support during production launch.
  • Programming and Configuration: Program and configure technical equipment for machining and assembly, as well as analyze and troubleshoot technological or hardware and software problems.
  • Master Data Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain master data, as well as support the economic and demand-oriented further development of IT systems such as SAP, FDM production data management, and our MES.
  • Project Participation: Participate in projects and execute sub-projects independently and on time.
  • Improvement Measures: Initiate improvement measures to optimize production processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, e.g. Master's, Bachelor's, mechanical engineering technician, or a comparable qualification with solid professional experience.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, as well as a basic affinity for computers and programming.
  • Software Experience: Experience with SAP, PTC Creo & Windchill is an advantage.
  • Technical Document Reading: Ability to read and understand technical documents (manufacturing drawings).
