General Affairs Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee corporate asset management system
- In charge of purchasing and maintaining company assets and supplies
- Communicate as a business administration support team for HQ and regional offices
- Maintain and manage office related contracts and services
- Maintain and manage assets and leased assets
- Plan and coordinate various events and meetings throughout the year
- Manage and process invoices for various vendors
- Assist managers and upper management preparing reports and further projections

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree is required
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and able to drive to the site if necessary
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project; experience with Project Management software preferred
