The **Skilled Trades Recruiter **owns both the recruiting and recruiting strategy for key production positions in our manufacturing facilities in the Americas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Recruiter for key production roles in our manufacturing facilities (Printing Press Operator, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Manager).
- Builds meaningful relationships with Operations leaders and site Human Resources.
- Demonstrates a strong customer-centric mindset with goal to become a highly valued and trusted talent acquisition partner.
- Completes new role intakes with company stakeholders. Maintains an in depth understanding and appreciation for skilled labor roles,
- Reviews applicants and conducts in depth screenings and assessment of skills.
- Develops and deploys Printing Press Operator recruiting strategy and development of talent pools.
- Regular visits/presence in our manufacturing facilities.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least 3 years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Experience sourcing and hiring skilled labor roles is required.
- Experience sourcing printing press operators is a plus.
- Experience with Jobvite and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
