**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities within the telecommunications industry.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business development strategies.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and government entities that require telecommunications installations and services.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage and attract new clients.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build a robust professional network.
- **Proposal Development and Presentation**:

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and value propositions.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that align with the company’s business goals and profitability targets.
- Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are favorable and compliant with company policies.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and contract status.
- Provide Regular updates to senior management on progress and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications installations and service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $73,752.00 - $152,127.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
