Admin/office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Bookkeeping with tasks such as data entry and patient appointment tracking
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with order entry systems or other computerized databases
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a PLUS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
