We are seeking a team of dynamic Wholesale Sales Representatives that will cover: VERMONT & MASSACHUSETTS & NEW HAMPSHIRE & RHODE ISLAND & CONNECTICUT & NEW YORK & NEW JERSEY.
**Position Overview**:
As a Wholesale Sales Representative in the kitchen cabinetry industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and businesses within your assigned territory. Your goal is to promote our product line, secure new accounts, and achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the kitchen cabinetry industry.
- Build and maintain a strong network of business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our product line to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare accurate quotes and pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market changes.
- Attend trade shows and industry events as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinetry industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the kitchen cabinetry industry.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Benefits**:
- Competitive base salary with commission and bonus opportunities
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Travel requirement:
- Up to 75% travel
Work Location: In person
