Upper East Side Family Seeking Experienced, Caring

**Overview**:
**UPPER EAST SIDE, NY (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED)**: Dual-working family seeking an experienced, caring FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT NANNY to care for their darling infant daughter. The family seeks a capable and proactive caregiver to nurture their daughter, aid in meeting milestones, and help the household run smoothly. Flexibility will be key as both parents have some fluctuations in their work schedules week-to-week. Bilingual is a plus ALL VACCINES REQUIRED (TDap, MMR, Flu, Covid, RSV if possible).
Their daughter, currently 6-months-old, is healthy, happy and playful following an age-appropriate schedule. As of right now, she wakes at 7am with a nap every 2 hours, for 2 hours, with feeding and playtime in between until the last 1-hour nap in the late afternoon. Someone who has experience caring for infants and creating enriching, age-appropriate activities will be required. Open communication and following the parents’ guidelines will be paramount; all decision-making defers to the parents. Light cooking, laundry, and housekeeping for the child will be a part of this role during naptime.
The schedule is as follows, with the understanding that fluctuations will occur:
**Monday - Thursday**: 7:30am - 6pm
**Friday**: 7:30am - 5pm
There are no pets in the home as Dad is allergic; please be cognizant of this if you have your own pets at home. Travel may be possible in the future but not currently required.
Start date is 5/6/24. MUST have proof of all vaccinations. Pay is $30+ per hour, commensurate with experience, gross pay via payroll company. Paid sick time, vacation, and holidays included.
**Qualifications**:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
**Hourly Rate**: USD $30.00/Hr. Number of Hours Per Week: 48+
