- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner for various audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with educational standards, assessments, and data reporting requirements (federal and state), and data privacy is highly beneficial.
- Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
