Job Title: Medical Office Administrator - Gynecology Office

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical office, including front and back office duties.
- Assist physicians with gynecological exams and procedures.
- Manage patient flow ensuring enough time for patient care and office operations.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and insurance matters.
- Maintain clean and organized examination rooms and common areas.
- Train and supervise junior medical assistants and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including patient confidentiality and sterilization procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Medical Assistant certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a gynecology office.
- Experience in both front and back office operations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnosis.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
