Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of our mortgage lending platform

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with serverless technology architecture, development, and delivery
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and cloud-based security
  • DevOps infrastructure-as-code experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor engineers
