**Date: April 2024**

**Position Summary**

This is an in-office position and will require working from the Deerfield, Illinois office 100% of the time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinates onboarding processes for employees. Insures all appropriate pre
- and post-employment processes are completed, including administering all required paperwork, initiating background check process, delivering onboarding presentations, entering new hires into payroll system, and submitting employment verification through E-Verify;
- Serves as point of contact for search firms and all other recruiting vendors;
- Creates new hire files and ensures completeness of employment files and records. Compiles reports from payroll database and applicant tracking system as needed;
- Creates weekly Recruiting Report for Executive Management;
- Manages internal transfer paperwork and approval process;
- Reviews and approves recruitment-related vendor invoices for accuracy and prepares check requests for invoice payment. Researches and resolves escalated billing issues involving third party vendors;
- Partner with the HR team on special projects as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required;
- Two to three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the IT industry a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with applicant tracking systems required. Experience in ADP Workforce Now a plus;
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and recruitment best practices;
- Ability to develop strong personal credibility and trusted relationships with managers and employees;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Demonstrated ability to develop accurate and clear written communication materials;
- Ability to work independently and proactively, and complete work with mínimal supervision;
- Strong attention to detail for managing accuracy of data.
