**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by guests
- Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu items
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Previous experience in high end/fine dining preferred but not necessary

Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
