- Patch holes, paint walls, and perform drywall repairs.
- **Carpentry**:
- Construct, install, or repair cabinets, shelves, and other wooden structures.
- Install baseboards, trim.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork.
- **Electrical Work**:
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform basic wiring repairs.
- Install light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Plumbing**:
- Fix leaks, unclog drains, and repair faucets.
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures.
- Address water-related issues promptly.
- **Maintenance**:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- **Customer Service**:
- Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
