As an Event Specialist at Draw House Concepts, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities to promote our brand, engage clients, and foster community connections in the Boston area.

**Pay Range**:
$21.50 - $31.00 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine event objectives, themes, and target audience
- Source and negotiate with external vendors, such as venues, caterers, and audiovisual equipment providers
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met
- Develop event marketing materials, including invitations, brochures, and signage
- Coordinate event logistics, such as setup, registration, and guest management
- Oversee event timelines, ensuring all activities run on schedule
- Assist in evaluating event success and gathering feedback for future improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in developing event concepts, themes, and experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
