**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Provide direct care and support to children with emotional disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, house cleaning,and medication administration
- Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Closely monitor and record daily behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals under care
- Collaborate with Administration professionals, coworkers, and the Treatment Team, to ensure comprehensive care

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caring for and mentoring youth with emotional disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity in working with children with emotional disabilities
- Ability to drive and transport individuals as needed
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in using behavior management systems and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- First Aid / CPR Certification (preferred)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Willingness to travel:
