Position Overview
The Caregiver plays a vital role in assisting residents with their daily activities, which include personal hygiene, social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and maintaining physical well-being. This position promotes resident autonomy, supports individual choices, and upholds the dignity of each resident through professional interactions.

- Exhibits a positive service-oriented attitude, characterized by approachability, friendliness, and a willingness to assist others.
- Demonstrates initiative in completing tasks independently without the need for constant oversight.
- Maintains consistent attendance and addresses work-related issues with the appropriate personnel.
- Possesses strong communication skills, including active listening, sensitivity to others' feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely reporting to relevant parties.
- Ensures confidentiality regarding both resident and staff information.
- Presents a neat and professional appearance.
- Participates in facility training sessions and assists in onboarding new staff members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in direct care is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is advantageous.
- Must meet age requirements as per facility policy and state regulations.
