**Salary Range**:
$80,000 - $100,000 (total compensation)

**General Summary**:

- The Client Success Trainer is responsible for training and developing new hires on topics pertaining to all Alleviate Financial processes, policies, and debt settlement products. By instilling a sense of service, excellence, and continuous improvement within our Client Success team, you contribute to a positive and thriving culture where every team member is empowered to succeed._

**Essential Duties**:

- Prepare newly hired Client Success (CS) employees through new hire orientation
- Set proper expectations for all new CS employees during training, nesting period, and post-introductory period
- Promote a strong Service culture throughout the training period, and acclimate the trainees to Alleviate’s culture as a whole.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, role-plays, and engagement activities, tailored to the unique needs of our Client Success team
- Take the stage and lead dynamic training sessions that cover a range of topics, from softs skills and customer service etiquette to cancellation requests and escalated client concerns
- Work closely with Client Success Management & internal departments on current training material and consistently update for accuracy
- Act as a “go-to” person for newly hired Client Success employees, primarily during their first 90 days of employment
- Conduct Training class, typically lasting 4 weeks for all new hires which includes but isn’t limited to, company introduction, soft skills, CS processes, escalations, and more.
- Conduct exercise sessions for new hires after initial training ends and employees move into “nesting” - sessions shall be up to 1-hour daily, and focused on topic discussions
- Develop individual coaching plans and provide assistance for all new hires
- Track daily attendance of all new hires during training
- When new hire Client Success training is complete, review agent performance to identify needs for additional training, whether that be on an individual or group basis
- Collaborate with L&D Manager and Client Success Management to identify knowledge gaps in relation to sales tactics, internal procedures, and product knowledge to ensure trainings are held as needed to optimize performance
- Communicate new hire KPIs including but not limited to: talk time, excessive breaks, dial attempts, notes on files, login times, general behavioral-related trends
- Offer ongoing training support for updates to Company software and procedural changes
- Continuously coordinate with all other members of Management Team regarding next upcoming Client Success class
- Assist with timecard and attendance review of Client Success trainees as directed, ensuring compliance with the Company’s timekeeping & attendance policies
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company
- Maintain compliance with the Company's Attendance and Punctuality expectations
- Maintain compliance with established timekeeping policies which includes accurate recording of hours worked, working only pre-approved Overtime, and requesting Unpaid or Paid Time Off in accordance with Company Policy
- Establish and maintain an understanding of how to utilize the Company's time keeping software, ensuring that
