Scope of Work:

  • Utilizes advanced expertise in the field, typically acquired through higher education and relevant work experience.
  • Manages projects and processes independently with minimal supervision.
  • Mentors and evaluates the performance of junior professionals.
  • Addresses complex challenges, often requiring innovative solutions.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in training within the technical service sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC products and control systems.
  • Familiarity with management systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in service and customer relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Aptitude for engaging with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Capability to effectively convey information and address inquiries from management, students, and clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships, representing the company's brand positively.
  • Competence in analyzing and interpreting technical literature and procedures.
  • Skill in drafting reports, business correspondence, and developing course curricula.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving practical issues.
  • Customer-centric approach, consistently seeking to exceed client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting while also taking initiative independently.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and integrity in professional conduct.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in HVAC installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance.
  • At least 8 years of experience in facilitating product and technical training.

Educational Background:

  • HVAC degree or relevant certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Must be capable of fulfilling essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
    This position necessitates extensive travel, exceeding 75%.

Reports to the Manager of Technical Training
