- Assist customers with booking accommodations and travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of reservations

**Requirements**:

- Previous two experience in sales, hospitality, or travel planning preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills in sales, hospitality, and customer service to help guests plan their travel accommodations effectively.
