**The role may include but is not limited to the following-**
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Client communication regarding their pets
- Creating and managing estimates for diagnostics and treatments for clients
- Rooming clients and patients
- Facilitating client visits
- Obtaining vital signs
- A liaison of communication between doctor and client
- Accurately filling medications for patients
- Carrying out clinical diagnostics such as radiographs, blood work, etc.
- Creating continued care estimates
- Calculating deposits
- Financial updates communicated to clients
- Charging out clients

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-Time
- AM shift currently available
- 4-10’s schedule for ER and 5-8's schedule for surgery
- Weekend and Holidays Required

**Preferred skills include but are not limited to**:

- Safe animal handling and restraint
- Efficient time management
- Diplomatic communication
- Sterility and sanitation techniques
- Knowledge of animal behavior
- Infectious disease precautions
