As a Solar Sales Representative at Solar Pros, you will be a crucial part of our outside direct sales team, working in the field to engage potential customers and introduce them to our solar energy solutions. This is a commission-only position, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance and dedication. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through door-to-door canvassing, community events, and other outreach methods.
- **Customer Engagement**: Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to homeowners, providing information on cost savings, environmental impact, and product features.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule in-home consultations for interested homeowners with our experienced solar consultants.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
- **Training & Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to reach potential customers.

**Compensation**
