We are urgently seeking hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional behind-the-scenes squad Our Operations Department has two different positions available:
As a **Guest Services **associate, you will be part of our back of house department and responsible for providing the highest quality of care to all our four-legged guests Using a combination state-of the art equipment and Eco-friendly chemicals, you will be responsible for maintaining industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing standards. Additionally, you will ensure all our guests receive meals, medications, exercise, and love

In joining our team, you will receive on-the-job, ultramodern training in dog body language, pack behavior, social group management, and safe handling protocols. We offer a friendly, welcoming, work environment and a strong team of dedicated canine lovers We are requiring reliable individuals that have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get dirty

Positions are entry-level, with opportunity for growth They require comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as comfort in managing large playgroups. You will be working very hands on; supervising social groups, providing enrichment, monitoring play styles and interactions, cleaning, record keeping, and completing health checks (checking over body, ears, gums, paws, etc.).

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to life 50 lbs

- Experience working or volunteering in either kennel, shelter, rescue or veterinary facility is preferred
