The Accounting Coordinator will focus on the processing and data entry of all accounting and financial processes while supporting the Controller and Staff Accountant’s needs. This position will work in conjunction with the Human Resources team and Operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financials especially those around payables, payroll, and hours reconciliations.

**POSITION DETAILS**:
**SHIFT**: 1st - Part Time

**SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday 20 hours per week

**SALARY**:$20-$25 per hour

**DUTIES & FUNCTIONS**:

- Review, enter, and process all General Ledger adjustments as required for all companies after the completion of each payroll process. They will work closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure any needed corrections or adjustments are made to the GL file to ensure a quick processing.
- Support the accounting and finance function by successfully reviewing and entering data for the General Ledger and Bank Reconciliations as well as working other projects as assigned.
- Assist with the entry and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable information.
- Ensure proper filing of tax notices as required by the IRS to ensure company compliance.
- Assist the operations department as needed on data entry around timekeeping within the ERP.
- Work to find and promote process approvements around all job functions.
- Assist with monthly closings and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Light financial analysis and report preparation (borrowing base, Morgan).
- Promote a safety first work culture.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION**:

- Associated Degree preferred or complimentary education and experience that meets the needs of the role.
- Ability to communicate to people from all walks of life with ease.
- Strong ability in using technology including ERP system, Microsoft programs, and general office equipment.
- Previous use of Winteam or other Team Software products preferred.
- 3 years data entry of experience using ERP system or QuickBooks.
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel including using Pivot Table, VLook-ups, and Formulas.
- Strong time management skills and ability to create and meet deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
