**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the logistics, supply chain, and inventory control processes to ensure efficient operations.

**Duties**:

- Optimize FBA shipment creation for accuracy and cost-effectiveness in line with Amazon regulations.
- Manage FBA shipments from pick/pack to all transportation (Parcel Carriers, LTL, FTL, FCL, Etc.,)
- Resolve FBA shipment and removal order issues with Amazon.
- Manage all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, including resolving shipment issues.
- Manages all daily shipments leaving the facility, including e-commerce, distributor orders, and media/marketing samples placed via internal purchase orders.
- Oversee daily inventories for all incoming and outgoing products and samples. Ensure all transactions are accurately scanned and recorded in our inventory system.
- Operate warehouse equipment: manual pallet jack, forklift, powered pallet jack, walkie stacker, order pickers, etc.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse station/area.
- Oversee warehouse’s security and safety operations while assisting with company operational policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of logistics and international shipping experience required.
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience required.
- 1+ year of Amazon FBA Shipment management experience required.
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google sheet.
- Capable of lifting items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Experience with platforms like Skuvault, Shipstation, SPS Commerce, etc., is a plus.

**Must be able to work legally in the US.**

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
