**What you will be doing**:You’ll be responsible for performing center maintenance and repair in one of the following specialized crafts, heating, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems in compliance with government and management directives.

**Essential functions**:

- Order materials required to perform work, prepare the required paperwork to reflect cost, use of materials and other data for accounting purposes.
- Perform maintenance and repair to structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, air conditioning and drainage systems throughout the center.
- Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, fuses as directed.
- Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
- Install window shades or coverings and security locks.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- HSD or equivalent
- Three (3) years related craft experience.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
