- Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time
- Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff
- Responsible for all repairs being completed correctly and following all OEM procedures
- Schedule all sublet work on time
- Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles' current repair status
- Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team
- Estimate drive in appointment as well as "walk in" customers and complete repair plans
**Skills, Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive collision repair
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
- PA Appraisers License
