Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Assign tasks and schedules to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Train and develop team members in store policies, product knowledge, and job duties.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
- Communicate effectively with the buying and general management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate vendor invoices and inter-company transfers to ensure timely billing.
- Perform working manager duties, including ordering supplies and merchandise from approved vendors.
- Previous managerial or bakery experience is required.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Regularly exposed to hot temperatures while working around kitchen equipment.
- Must be 18 years old.
