Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter looking to take their career to the next level as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful individual will oversee our Early Careers Recruiting as well as our Experienced Hire Recruiting teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience using HR databases, preferably iCIMS and ADP.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, practices and procedures, and current best practices pertaining to talent acquisition.
- Strategic thinker and executor that possesses qualities that inspire confidence and trust across multiple levels.
- Ability to motivate and influence teams to produce results within tight deadlines while simultaneously managing the talent acquisition portfolio.
- Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you to contribute to getting the job done and to be comfortable in a fast paced, activity-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field (Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications) from an accredited four-year college is required.
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field (I/O Psychology, Organizational Development) is preferred.
- 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or complimentary certification, preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems preferred.
