This is an entry to junior level role.

Contract assignment through October; with potential for extensions. No paid time off with this contract assignment (this includes no holiday pay and no vacation pay). Talent Acquisition Specialist 1 - 3 years (Experience with internship, high school, campus recruiting programs).


  • INTERNS
    • Collecting and tracking Intern onboarding documentation. Following up on missing information.
    • Prepare Orientation Welcome gifts, follow-up with vendors, and assembly.
    • Prepare Orientation week room and order food orders.
    • Compile Orientation/Onboarding survey responses for summary.
    • Collect and follow-up on late evaluations (mid and end of the summer).
    • Create and compile Bio Books.

  • CAMPUS RECRUITMENT
    • Register for Career Fairs and track status on spreadsheet.
    • Reviews and check for formatting on all 2025 intern Job Descriptions.
    • Create University online postings.
    • Create Career Fair logistics pages for all employees participating in OCR.
    • Create Career Fair flyers and ship/deliver materials for each university.
    • Update and clean-up University username/passwords.

  • HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
    • Tracks all ECCOS onboarding for interns.
    • Prepares Orientation for Cristo Rey and Genesys Works students – gifts, room, tours.
    • Work with Facilities to reserve and set-up rooms for final presentations.
    • Schedule student roundtable meetings.

  • PEOPLEFLUENT
    • Data entry and research discrepancies identified between PF and Lawson (start dates, term reason, dispositioning).
    • Additional research and projects as needed.
