Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiting professional looking to take their career to the next level as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful individual will implement our Early Careers Recruiting programs and oversee our Experienced Hire Recruiting teams.

Experience and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience using HR databases, preferably iCIMS and ADP.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, practices and procedures, and current best practices pertaining to talent acquisition.

Strategic thinker and executor that possesses qualities that inspire confidence and trust across multiple levels.

Ability to motivate and influence teams to produce results within tight deadlines while simultaneously managing the talent acquisition portfolio.

Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you to contribute to getting the job done and to be comfortable in a fast paced, activity-driven environment.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field (Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications) from an accredited four-year college is required.

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field (I/O Psychology, Organizational Development) is preferred.

8+ years of talent acquisition experience.

3+ years of management experience.

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or complimentary certification, preferred.

Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems preferred.
