**Customer Service/ Account Representative**

Commercial Printing Facility in Orange County, CA is looking for an experienced customer service/account representative. We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, able to work independently and think out of the box with a can-do attitude. Experience is a must in the printing industry. We are a fast
- paced facility and require a go-getter who can bring experience and knowledge to the table.

The position requires and individual who can multi-task not be afraid to approach things head on and be accountable from start to finish on any project they work on. The company offers room to grow for the right individual. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, benefits, vacation and sick time.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Strong written and verbal skills a must
- Pleasant, professional, and inviting demeanor, answering of phones and directing calls as well as taking down any necessary information on incoming requests including quote specifications correctly
- Knowledge of Paper, press sizes, general printing processes including Offset, Digital and Large Format
- Team player - works well with others but also able to work independently.
- Print Smith experience a plus or relevant printing software knowledge
- Flexible in schedule this is a full-time 8- hour position that may require longer hours and weekends as needed to get the job done. We require punctuality
- Communication between each department Co-workers and client very important
- Time management, scheduling and attention to every detail required
- Excel and Microsoft office knowledge
- Not afraid to upsell or call on prior quotes given to clients

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
