Transportation Coordinator

The Woodstock Film Festival seeks an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team for the 25th Annual Woodstock Film Festival from Tuesday, October 15th through Sunday, October 20th 2024.
This seasonal subcontractor position begins August 27th - October 25th in WFF office in Woodstock, NY. Some preliminary correspondence before the official start date and increased workload leading up to and during the festival itself are required. Total compensation for this role is a $4000 - $5000 flat fee, commensurate with experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:
- At least one year experience coordinating a live, multi-layered event
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 25 years or older, to be able to rent and drive vehicles
- Ability to work under pressure, with strict deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple requests at once
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to jump in and assist when needed
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Available to work flexible and longer hours during the film festival
- Management experience a plus
- Professional driving experience a plus
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinating deliveries and pre-and post-festival pickups
- Booking and coordinating vehicle rentals for festival fleet
- Working closely with the Guest Relations team to assist them with VIP guests’ needs such as booking flights, trains, and bus tickets
- Coordinating and managing shuttles during the festival, especially to and from festival parties
- Creating and managing both the hired and volunteer drivers' schedules
- Driving filmmakers and industry members when needed

Such efforts have consistently made the festival one of the top regional film festivals worldwide.
