**Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage in-store customers
- Effectively manage incoming customer calls
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods/tools
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure resolution
- Directs customers by escorting them to display cases and counters; suggesting items
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Perform hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and other necessary tasks in order to maintain a comfortable, clean atmosphere for customers
- Perform necessary inventory stocking in order to ensure ease while assisting customers
- Follow inventory receiving procedures, guidelines and policies
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing credit cards, cash, and other store cards
- Work as a team with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and atmosphere
**Requirements**:
- High quality customer service skills
- High quality phone skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to keep up with evolving market knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Ability to count currency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
