- **Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.**:
- **Familiarity with property management software and smart building technologies is a plus.**:
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.**:
- **Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:
- **Proactive and customer-oriented approach to resident satisfaction.**:
- **Degree or certification in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field is desirable.**
