**Qualifications**
- 3 years Property Management Accounting and/or General Accounting (required)
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities to meet multiple concurrent monthly accounting and financial deadlines and act effectively under time constraints, reflecting the importance of varying tasks. (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the University's Financial System (G/L, QDB, Oasis, Budgets, Recharges, BruinBuy, CashNet, etc.) and ability to generate reports. (preferred)
- Ability to consult with individuals to resolve problems and complaints, take independent action, demonstrate initiative, dependability, good judgement and ability to solve problems. (required)
- Analytical skills to organize technical data and information, draw appropriate conclusions, recommend solutions and make decisions. (required)
- Exposure to recruiting, selecting, and supervising staff, including delegation of responsibilities, development, training, monitoring progress, assignments, fostering a cooperative work environment. (required)
- Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with mínimal direction. (required)
- Skill in speaking clearly and distinctly, both in person and on the telephone, using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and convey information to individuals at various organizational levels. (required)
