- Conducts performance evaluations, schedules and approves overtime, issues disciplinary actions, and resolves employee issues.
- Estimates personnel needs and ensures adequate staffing to meet

- Ensures that warehouse associates adhere to all safety, security, sanitation, and pest control codes, laws and policies

- Maintain accuracy of the warehouse inventory by comparing periodic cycle counts to the book inventory and reconciling if necessary
- Document and maintain all injuries via OSHA 300 log. Improve process to drive down injuries
- Created and maintained SOP and reporting to ensure company maintains local, state, and federal compliance as well as OSHA and FDA requirement for food manufacturing. We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
