**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as a key member of the east region to drive profitable growth of the environmental consulting business.
- Have a passion and demonstrated success for developing business with new clients and continuing to foster trusted relationships with existing clients.
- Personally engage in developing and executing strategic consulting work with identified existing and target clients.
- Direct and execute consulting projects, acting as the main client contact for work attained.
- Oversee the safe execution of all phases of a project to meet our clients' objectives, as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability.
- Demonstrate strong technical competence in the services required by our clients.
- Manage all phases and aspects of projects to address client goals and objectives..
- Direct the execution of projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary and scheduling requirements.
- Mentor staff through a “learn-by-doing” model.
- Work cooperatively in a team-based environment.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical or mechanical engineering, geology, chemistry, or environmental science.
- Professional Licensure in applicable field.
- More than 15 Years experience
- Proven client development experience and client relationships supported by repeat business, including established contacts in both private and public sector markets.
- Consistent track record of successfully winning and managing large and strategic projects.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and people skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the local, state and federal regulatory landscape and proven negotiation skills with federal, state and local regulators.

**About Haley & Aldrich**

The salary range for this position in **New York, NY is $180,000 - $273,000 annually**. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to ensure we are competitive in the current market.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $273,000.00 per year
