Overview:
**Duties**:
- Provide Administrative Assistant duties, Bookkeeping, Marketing, Client relations.
- Assist with financial tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and general ledger accounting
- Process accounts receivable and assist with collections
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform data entry and maintain databases/payroll entry
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including debits, credits.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
