3. **Operational Efficiency**: Optimizing service processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. This involves coordinating with parts departments, managing inventory, and implementing best practices for workflow efficiency.
4. **Quality Assurance**: Upholding quality standards for repairs and service procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers. This includes conducting inspections, reviewing work orders, and addressing any deficiencies in service quality.
5. **Technical Support**: Providing technical expertise and guidance to technicians and customers as needed, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.
6. **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service volume, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores. Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance departmental performance.
7. **Collaboration**: Working closely with other departments, such as sales, finance, and administration, to coordinate service activities and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $108,788.00 per year
