Must be a high energy doer who is up for the opportunity and who is committed to bringing maximum energy everyday. This dynamic leader will grow the center program, build relationships with families, staff and the community.
**About Brigth Bear Academy**
- This is a brand new childcare center soon to be licensed for around 175 children. We will serve ages six weeks to 11 years.
- 12 classrooms including a large enrichment/multi-use space
**This position will play a major role in the following areas of the center**:
- Financial Growth & Profitability
- Curriculum and Program Management
- Operations, Licensing and Accreditation
- Lead and Manage Staff
- Family Experience & Satisfaction
- Cleaning and Sanitation
Initially this role will help the owners complete all final licensing items and prepare the Academy for opening day

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum THREE years as a childcare director of a facility licnesed for 100+ children.
- Meet all Director requirements as outlined in Department of Early Education and Care
- Have work experience as a Lead Teacher, Site Coordinator, or Large Family Child Care Provider in a licensed child care program or as a classroom teacher, administrator, or supervisor in a public, charter, private, or higher education setting;
- Have completed all 12 EEC Essentials Training Modules; and
- A minimum of 2 credit-bearing hours in Child Care Administration or equivalent.
- Background Check
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Be a minimum of 21 years old
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
