In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of plumbing projects. You will be responsible for the overall coordination of scheduling, and construction processes. With your expertise in plumbing and mechanical construction, you will ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create, implement, and monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including building codes, OSHA requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the plumbing and mechanical construction field.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering plumbing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, mechanical construction processes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-time (+40 hours per week).
