Mason Management Residential is a fast-paced property management and real estate office. We manage 200+ residential rental properties, ranging from condominiums to multi-family homes. We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance technician to join our property management team

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and supervise the day-to-day for a team of maintenance technicians
- Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform regular, routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Coordinate with other vendors' maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Educate staff and enforce proper procedures and safety guidelines are being followed

Qualifications:

- Experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role
- Proficient understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
- This includes basic tasks, such as changing a faucet, installing light fixtures, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities, including knowledge of materials needed, estimated time frame, budget, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
- Drywall installation and painting experience is a bonus.

REFERENCES MUST BE PROVIDED

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: On the road
