As a Front-End Web Developer at Digitize, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces for our commercial websites and internal tools. You will write HTML, CSS, JavaScript to help our website generate more B2B leads.

During your first 3 months, you will complete small projects to demonstrate your ability to learn fast and deliver results within tight deadlines. Because we only promote from within, high-performing developers may eventually work on product interfaces and manage their own teams.

**Web Developer Duties**:

- Learn the basics of our industries and product lines to build great web pages.
- Maximize click-through rates (CTR) by creating multiple versions of important pages for A/B testing.
- Utilize feedback from industry-standard page scanners to make fast & HTML-validated web pages that achieve top Google rankings.
- Use responsive design principles to create pages that work well on all devices.
- Work in an Agile environment to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- PHP knowledge is preferred.
- Skill with UI/UX design.
- Some experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar raster image generation tools.
- Understanding of page layout best practices and responsive design principles.
- Strong visual design fundamentals.
- Ability to present design ideas effectively to your team and to management.
