**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Specialist to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory management. This dual-role position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products while maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing stock levels.

**Duties**:
**Warehouse Management**:

- **Operations Oversight**: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- **Team Management**: Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety legislation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Process Improvement**: Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage systems.

**Inventory Control**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking, and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
- **Stock Audits**: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
- **Order Coordination**: Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure timely ordering and fulfillment of stock requirements.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future inventory needs, and provide reports to management.
- **Supplier Communication**: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to shipments or orders.
- **System Maintenance**: Maintain and update inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, locations, and movements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required; Experience in logistics, supply chain/parts procurement, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory control.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SMS) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- **Certifications**: Certifications such as Certified Inventory Management Professional (CIMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Proven experience in inventory control and management
- Proficiency in using ServiceTitan or similar inventory management systems
- Strong supplier management skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Familiarity with distribution center operations and processes
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in financial analysis techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis capabilities

**Working Conditions**:

- This position involves working in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical activity such as lifting and moving heavy items.
