**Account Executive Responsibilities**:

- Identify prospects in need of Fettig.jobs Staffing and Recruitment Services
- New Business Development by using Networking, Social Networking, Cold Calling, etc.
- Qualify potential new business and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
- Evaluate customer metrics and performance data and help develop action plans to impact positive change.
- Lead meetings with customers and team members to build relationships and execute staffing plans.
- Create and implement sales plans and annual forecasts for a designated customer base/region(s)
- Develop ideas and opportunities that promote awareness of the company, including assisting in the development of marketing materials and event planning.
- Routinely communicates and/or meets with key customers to maintain and improve customer relationships.
- This role will interact closely with Operations, Finance and Marketing to achieve objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent proficiency with 4+ years of sales experience within business services segment preferred.
- Strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills.
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook, and the ability to utilize CRM software Avionte Bold

**Salary**:60K Base + Commission and Bonus

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
