The starting rate for the Health Care Coordinator position is $18.04 to $18.93 per hour based on amount of experience in Human Service/ direct support related positions.

BARC Developmental Services is a not-for-profit agency serving Bucks County Pennsylvania individuals and families since 1951. We are currently hiring for the full-time position of Health Care Coordinator in our Residential Services Department, in our Quakertown, PA office, and drives to our Bucks County area homes. **We are currently offering a $1500 Sign-On Bonus for all newly hired Full-Time Staff. This will be paid out incrementally over the first year of employment. This position is Monday
- Friday only, No Weekends, Paid Holidays, and paid time off.**

The Health Care Coordinator is responsible to provide direct care through assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities in meeting their medical health care needs by scheduling appointments, providing transportation with agency vehicle and carrying out duties within the philosophy of a therapeutic environment. The Health Care Coordinator works primarily during daytime hours 8:30-4:30pm, Monday through Friday with flexibility for early am and later pm appointments. This is a full time, benefited position - 37.5 hours per week.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, current insurance, and have an acceptable driving record according to agency policy.
- Six months previous experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Good communication skills and computer experience
- Able to learn and become certified in CPR and First Aid
- Background checks are done on all applicants
