This is prime-time position, working approximately 35-38 hours per week.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Complete exception item processing including stop payments, NSF items, and daily recap of posted exception report.
- Reconcile Bank Operations GLs and applicable Bank control accounts.
- Review incoming large checks, and process daily return deposit items.
- Process and/or provide back-up for other functions including ACH, remote deposit capture, mobile deposits, positive pay, and Reg E claims.
- Process enrollments in the online banking system for consumer and business customers.

**Qualifications**

**Required Education and/or Experience**
- High School Diploma.
- Two years of banking experience is preferred and prior bank operations experience is helpful.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have ability to work well with customers and staff, both in person and by telephone.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels within the organization, as well as with outside contacts. Bilingual ability helpful.
- Must have good aptitude for numbers and detail, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
