Location**: Portsmouth, NH

We support both the hybrid remote and fully on-site work approaches. The hybrid work model requires 2 days in the office each week and is available after the initial 8 week training period (3-4 weeks of training in our Portsmouth, NH Member Center with the remainder of time in the home Member Center). Please note there is always potential to be required to work in the office due to employer needs and/or employee performance.

Hours: 8:00-5:30, Saturdays 8-12:00

**Primary Function**:
Assist members through our virtual channels which include the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and Live Chat; explain and cross-sell products and services, respond to problems, provide solutions and maintain a one contact resolution environment. The person in this role must have exemplary member service skills and unmatched work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist members and potential members with transactions through the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and/or Live Chat while fostering a one contact resolution environment. Deliver exemplary member service as a role model within the department and be a member advocate. Cross-sell credit union products and services.
- Participate in all required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and security.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Outstanding customer service skills
- verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with members in a professional manner, using courtesy and tact.
- Ability to interpret and keep up to date with applicable laws and regulations surrounding area of responsibility.
- Clearly communicate the proper use of the interactive teller machines, handling member’s objections and anxiety to new technology.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
